TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern the Gank Anniversary 2023 Campaign (“Campaign”) organized by Gank (“Organizer”). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility:
- The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 and above, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Participants must have a valid Gank account.
2. Campaign Period:
- The Campaign will run from September 29, 2023, 1 pm GMT+8 to October 2, 2023, 1 pm GMT+8 inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
3. Top-Up Campaign:
- During the Campaign Period, participants can top up their Gank accounts for a 20% bonus for amounts above 100 GankGold.
- Bonuses can only be used within the Gank platform.

- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.
- The winners will be randomly selected through the lucky draw, which will take place on 12 October 2023, 3PM GMT+8 at Gank’s LiveStream channel
- The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the announcement.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
- Shipping and Taxes: Gank will cover the shipping costs for prize delivery. However, winners may be responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties associated with receiving the prize.
5. General Conditions:
- Participants must adhere to Gank’s community guidelines and terms of service during the Campaign.
- Gank reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or unfair practices.
- Participants grant Gank the right to use their name and likeness in promotional materials related to the Campaign without additional compensation.

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
- These terms and conditions are written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and a translated version of this notice, the English version shall prevail.
