Meet Batxandr, ASMR Voice Artist 🎙
For our last Creator Feature this week, we managed to talk to Batxandr, the mysterious ASMR artist who only gave us a picture of his silhouette for this piece of interview
Well, if you are unfamiliar with what is ASMR, here’s a Wikipedia definition of it.
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.

ASMR Artists often use objects, such as food products, to create the tingly effect. Some of the common objects include the use of crinkling wrappers, chewing candy, and cracking open cans.
They can also use ASMR triggers vocally with sounds such as gentle forms of whispering, speaking, sounds, and movements, just like Batxandr’s content on Gank.
Hi Batxandr, tell us more about your journey and how it started?
In the beginning, I created two imaginary characters, Batxandr and Mammon, from my old Wattpad (a story-telling platform) story. As the characters in the stories were just existing in text form, I was thinking, why not give them a voice to identify with? It was then I decided to gradually materialize them.
But later on, to simplify things and still make something out of the original idea, I decided to voice it out as a “Boyfriend” genre ASMR content.
What is a typical day like for you?
Aside from college, I would usually use my free time to create ASMR content, do gaming live streams and make TikTok videos.
Biggest challenge and achievement on Gank
I chose Gank because it’s easier to understand and use than other platforms. My current achievements are that I’m finally getting a client for my gaming services on Gank and receiving donations regularly from my amazing followers.
I’m actually earning more from my content now.
What rewards do you offer to your members/subs?
I have currently set up a membership program on Gank for my followers to sign up, where they will be getting 3 photos of me that I didn’t share on my social platform and in addition, 1 photo every week exclusively for members only.

How would you use your donations?
I am also planning to hold a giveaway event every 3 months, using the income I’ve made from their purchases of my ASMR content and gaming services. The prizes would probably be merchandise or voice recordings.
I would save the money from donations for my future content. My next target is to create a podcast and various giveaways campaigns to grow my community.
