Another Aerith WIP <3

i might reshoot Aerith so I decided to remake the dress! this time it will be a brighter pink. i don’t want to buy an Aerith costume because I find them unreasonably expensive. :( again I am using materials I already have so I didn’t have to spend for anything (im really in a “save money” mood huh) it took just a few hours to make the bodice, lining, and skirt with lace trim. next things I need to do are to steam/press the dress in the right parts, add the hardware and straps, make final adjustments, and add bias tape (which I still have to make wheeee) i hope my sewing WIPs inspire you guys to try sewing a costume at least once 🥺 or even just little projects like drawstring bags or pillowcases. it’s such a therapeutic activity. the dress form is well used 🥰
